HAD GROUP consists of two manufacturers, Haining HAD Socks and Haining Jiekala Textile Technology, and two trading companies, Haining HAD Trading and Zhejiang Jiaxing Woke Import Export, with two offshore branches located in New Zealand and Brazil.

HAD Socks was founded in 2003. It is a sock development and manufacturing factory. It situates in Zhouwangmiao Town, Haining City, Zhejiang Province, off the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, about 125 km away from Shanghai and less than 100 km from Hangzhou.

Jiekala Textile Technology was established in 2013, focusing on baby clothing and accessories.
